The kitchen as a work area is becoming more and more hi-tech which requires carefully designed tools and processes. As a result, the study of the preparation of food and suitable containers is of great importance. The Cioccolatiera is the synthesis of the knowledge and experience of three companies that deal with research and development in this field: a study center, a designer and a manufacturer of borosilicate glass objects. The Cioccolatiera processes the chocolate in an optimal manner, it slowly melts using a "bain-marie" and keeps it for a long time at the right temperature thereby preserving the aroma and organoleptic characteristics. Made of heat-resistant glass and crafted entirely by glass-blowing methods from semi-finished products, it represents the state of the art for the functions it has to perform. The product is complemented by a matching set of bowls, fruit bowls or dessert dishes, or spice or skewer holders, to make the experience of tasting the melted chocolate fondue as enjoyable as possible and to decorate the table in an elegant style at home, as if a professional restaurant or bar.
