A line of professional products designed to bring high levels of performance to domestic kitchens, among which the Cook and Chill system stands out. This consists of a combination oven, a blast chiller and a vacuum sealer, all precision instruments as used by specialized chefs for cooking, stopping the cooking process and sealing. The oven cooks either by convection, steam or a combination of the two methods and, thanks to a 6 point sensor probe and a patented humidity sensor it allows accurate control of temperature and humidity; vacuum cooking, reheating, it can use automatic cooking modes, and store up to 1,000 personalized programs. The blast instantly cools or freezes the food, thus maintaining the structure, texture and flavour; it can be used to prepare raw fish or to stop food cooking, a tool increasingly used in contemporary cuisine. Finally, the sealing machine produces vacuum precision packing effective in preventing the oxidation of food and prolonging shelf life, without affecting nutritional properties, moisture, colour and flavour.
