Sort, select and cut are the three strong points of GoldenEye 300, a multi-sensory scanner, used for woodworking. The machine is able to determine the dimensional, aesthetic and qualitative characteristics of boards and wooden components in order to optimize production and increase the quality of the finished product. In particular, it fits into the second material processing production procedure, and takes up a reduced space due to the miniaturization of circuits that has allowed the elimination of a multitude of internal wiring so as to be useful for joinery, door and window manufacturers but also producers of laminated wood for building. The scanner is based on advanced technology such as laser triangulation for measuring the size, colour analysis and laser scattering to determine the aesthetic qualities and in addition has a separate module for x-ray analysis that allows the resistance of the wood to be calculated. The wide octagonal opening means that it can be installed in a new or existing facility and facilitates the removal of dust and chips through a simple jet of compressed air. The sensor is hidden behind glass "protection" and sealed in an air conditioned environment, which ensures the reliability of the sensors that are synchronized in real time.
