Terre dall’Italia looks like a jar containing a material apparently very similar to earth, with lumps of different sizes and solid pieces like small stones. The material is formed from a combination of high quality cold ground cocoa, mixed with extra virgin “taggiasca” olive oil. Other ingredients in both solid and liquid format are added to these which give the product an entirely new set of flavours, textures and aromas. It can be eaten as a dessert or used as an added ingredient in gourmet cooking for sweet and savoury dishes, with the most common combination uses being custard-type sauces, ice cream and meat. It is available in three versions: Taggiasca, Langa and Portofino, with qualities that are redolent of these three specific areas.

Different types of cocoa in powder and bean format, extra virgin Roi taggiasca olive oil, pine nuts, almonds, Piedmont IGP (Queen selection) hazelnuts, Ligurian lemons, Sciacchetrà wine, Barolo Chinato, oranges, sea salt, taggiasca olives from Imperia, sugar cane.
Technologies
Cocoa coated by hand and extra virgin olive oil manually mixed depending on the amount and granularity of the product. Stone grinding for the finished compound.
