The Icecle wooden ice-lolly stick contains the seed of the fruit used to flavour the ice-lolly you are eating, thus giving you the opportunity to start what could be a new natural cycle. In this way the act of eating changes: it is not just consumption, but a potential act of sustainable production. Thus the stick becomes part of a process, designed to tell the user more about nature in a light-hearted way. The shape of the stick is ergonomic at every stage of its use: from holding the handle while eating the lolly to planting it in the ground. The stick is marked with a symbol of the fruit and a line for planting the seed while the hole containing the seed is sealed with bioplastic derived from Agar seaweed mixed with glycerol and water.
