Starting from a frame already in production in the Herd Of Wolves line, the Opal model is equipped with a special new type of padding which revolutionizes the qualities of motorcycle goggles. This element is formed by two hand-sewn thermo-mouldings which are then handsewn again onto the metal frame to give a system that makes them more resistant and more comfortable on the face. Each of the two contains a compound of three different types of foam: a harder layer that retains the shape and stiffness on the metal frame, a layer of Memory Foam that over time takes the shape of the face, and finally a layer of Shock Proof Foam, often used in motorcycle jackets for protection, which makes the product the first motorcycle goggles to use anti-shock material.
