The iconic helix, an archetypal feature of design and architecture, is reduced in scale and transformed into a human-like shape in direct relationship with the body, thereby creating the Giro cutlery set, characterized by a curve that starts from the handle and turns into a blade as it goes along the body. The ergonomic profile generated by this gradual transformation gives rise to a dynamic movement fixed in the solidity of the material. The design of the cutlery also adopts the concept of gripping and maintaining in balance with three fingers: their weight is transferred from the lifting position to the using position and the support and balance of the tools are guaranteed in both situations. Lightweight but at the same time resistant, the cutlery offers maximum stability and balance both in use and laid on the table.
